Exposure to real environments
-
Students step into workplaces for the first time

They observe processes, tools, and day-to-day work
-
This builds a better understanding of how different industries function

Career choices become clearer
-
Students interact with mentors from different fields
-
They learn how decisions are made and what different paths involve

Our Work in Sambhajinagar
The work began in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar through close engagement with schools and communities.
Over five years, it grew through steady participation from students, teachers, and volunteers.

We’re expanding to new geographies, embracing a design-led approach, and evolving into a learning design lab to reimagine learning in India. Yet through all the growth, Asudé remains what it always was at heart, a place where young people are seen, heard, and believed in.
